Jonathan Garrett Green, J.D. (he/him), is an executive-level program architect, civil rights strategist, and nationally certified mediator whose career has been built on a foundational conviction: that ethical integrity is not layered onto effective programs — it is the load-bearing structure from which every durable program is built. As the macro-designs system strategist of the New Jersey Community Peacemaker Collaborative, and through his community relations engagements as Lead Community Mediator of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Department of Law & Public Safety, Division on Civil Rights and Field Supervisor of the Crisis Response Unit for statewide community-urgent response of biased discrimination during high-tension conflict between communities. He is the designer the training curricula of the AHMS Resolving Differences + Streetwise 101 H.E.L.P. programs.

Jonathan has operationalized the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators and the ABA's professional ethics framework not as compliance requirements but as the design philosophy governing every coalition he has built, every program he has launched, and every community he has served. With 15+ years spanning civil rights enforcement under a Governor-appointed Attorney General, national nonprofit program management, federal grant development, cross-ideological stakeholder coalition building, and strategic communications leadership, Jonathan brings to executive program leadership the rare combination of practitioner credibility, institutional gravitas, and architectural innovation that transforms organizations from mission-driven to mission-delivering.
